A Plethora of Feelings....
Wow what a week! It's Thursday night and I'm exhausted. I last posted on Monday and griped to everyone about what a bad day it was. Well, it really hasn't gotten alot better. It's been busy, with a staff person really HACKING ME OFF, and all my clients going to hell in a handbasket with me unable to really do much about it. It never fails how I don't just have ONE who starts spiraling downward, but about 10 at least. And that's with a caseload of about 30-35. I'm just tired. Carrie, I'm thinking you'll get youre wish soon!! But, I guess I've been griping quite a bit, because my sweet hubby sent me a bouquet of star-gazers and calla lillies today, with a card that said "The best is yet to come..", reminding me that my forever "job" will be here in January, and this sucky one is temporary. They are beautiful, and I taped the card on the front of my computer monitor with my latest ultrasound of Baby Red. Who I think I've been feeling move more and more! I first noticed last Saturday morning when I was laying oddly on my stomach in the bed. I noticed a flutter on and off. Somehow I knew it wasn't gas, and for the next few days, I could feel it while on my tummy. Today tho, I think i was feeling it occasionally just sitting down. Everything I've read said lots of women start feeling it about now (16 weeks), and it is a distinct feeling, so I'm sure that's what it is. HOWEVER, I wonder if this means s/he's as hyper as it's daddy! That's ok though, I surely do enjoy feeling it!
I guess I'm going to have to take a pic for you guys so you can see the growth of the belly. It's really popped out in the past 3-4 days. I'd heard that it does that, but now I see what everyone means.
Anywho, I'm praying tomorrow is better, although I'm already dreading it.

Did you get my comment about maternity shops? Sorry to hear you had such a bad day. Are you quitting your job when the baby gets here? Or are you going to keep working?
hey sab! i did get the comment, so i'll definitely be looking there. and GIRL NO i will not be working once the baby is here. it's all i can do to keep working NOW!!
girl...you need to quit that job. sounds too stressful. that was nice of josh to send you flowers. who knew he could be so sweet. tell him thanks for call my house at 1:00AM and waking me up. He needs to lock his phone so it won't randomly call people!!!!! I should have called him at 7:00AM and gotten him up!! :)
Quit your job!! PLEASE?! Then we could hang out everyday. :) No, I want you to do whatever you feel like God's telling you to. If that's stickin' it out, do it. If it's callin' it a day, do it. That's SUPER DUPER SWEEEEET of J to send you the flowers. What a guy. Okay, we need to hang out again. . . soon. kaybye.
it is so neat to hear you talk about feeling little "baby red" moving around and it's good to know that your almost done with trying your best to help those people - sorry you had such a bad week, sounds typical for commmunity mental health.. I know I've said this alot lately but this world is going crazy and I know part of it is the time of year but it is worse this year than last, I mean really!!! I have talked to colleagues all over the state and they have talked to people up as far as NY and they say it's terribly busy it's all over the place- I did get your phone message and have been thinking about it, I would need to know a little bit more hx, it will be interesting to see what the MD says when they get out - enjoy your w/e and stop thinking about work!! that's my job :) -hey are you still gonna get your LC?
oh..and i'm glad you didn't complain. i was getting a little worried about seeing you at the beach..JK!!! :) tell josh i said you need to quit your job so you can message me all day!!
